4445 West 77th Street #240, Edina, MN 55435. Applications are reviewed quarterly (January, April, July and October). If you would like to provide additional pages, please email separately to youthfoundation@bsaw.com.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a financial need
- Must be under the age of nineteen (19)
- Must be enrolled in a Minnesota school system
- Must be able to communicate the reason for applying
