Applications are reviewed quarterly (January, April, July and October).   If you would like to provide additional pages, please email separately to youthfoundation@bsaw.com. 

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a registered 501(c)(3)
  
•  Must benefit youth under the age of nineteen (19)
  
•  Must be a non-profit in the state of Minnesota
