WHO WE ARE

About Us

Bobby & Steve’s Auto World Youth Foundation is a private, non-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organization that was established February 2nd, 2007 by the owners of Bobby & Steve’s Auto World. The specific purpose of the Foundation is to guide local youth into actions and activities that will provide positive outcomes in their lives.

With a very committed board, the Foundation has been able to create community projects promoting literacy, healthy living, and active lives. The Foundation has partnered with nearby communities to build many playgrounds throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area including the communities of Columbia Heights, the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, Bloomington, and South Minneapolis. The Foundation has also worked with local communities to provide reading programs for elementary and middle school aged children.

In addition to partnering with communities, Bobby & Steve’s Auto World awards grants to other youth-focused organizations and individual youth to encourage perseverance and success in achieving their personal goals. As the foundation moves forward, the focus is on having more impact on our communities by expanding on reading programs, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and supporting spiritual endeavors.
